The Capital Area Finance Authority (CAFA) provides economic and redevelopment activities in order to promote the health, safety, welfare and economic well-being of the citizens and businesses in our Capital Area Parishes: East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, West and East Feliciana, Ascension, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee and St. Helena.
